St. Emmeram’s Cathedral at the Nitra Castle was also subject to a large restoration. Within this project, KBT supplied and installed stone for the interior, dominated by a marble altar of striking shape as well as material. Inlaid coats of arms – two bishops, one papal and a city one – inserted into the floor, were made using water jet technology.
A striking interior solitaire – a candle holder in the shape of a playing dice. It was precisely executed using CNC technology, finished by the manual work of an experienced stone masonry expert.
